I’ve worked with the team for 4 years now. I think how we’re provided multiple formats is much better than the services I had used previously. Sometimes we act as contractor, others as designer so having tender, quote and materials list formats is really helpful for our differing projects. I also like being able to call Alex and speak direct, really straight forward and simple. A very personal service. Second to this the pricing is great and the projects are delivered on time. Again, having Alex available and happy to push through anything urgent makes it feel very personal.

I’ve worked with the ProQuant team for around 5 years now. Previously I used other surveyors but was never pleased with the quality of their service. The key for me is the attention to detail, they get everything without ever missing bits which wasn’t the case with others I’d used in the past. There’s also no messing about, I really appreciate the level of aftercare. They’re always happy to help if I need to make small adjustments. We’ve now developed a great relationship as they seem to genuinely care about our business.

I’ve been working with the guys a fair few years now. Being totally honest I found as soon as I started working with them I started winning all my jobs, at least 9/10 and I’ve not lost a penny on the estimates they’ve priced for me. The difference is when I was getting estimates from elsewhere, we just weren’t winning. This was because there was lots of unknowns or even arguments at the end part. I’d say the actual building bit of my job is the easy bit, it’s the finance side that gets tricky, and what’s great about ProQuant is it makes everything black and white, nothing is questionable as its all broken down really clearly which I then use to show exactly what has been done and the prices as agreed for each part of the job

I’ve been working with the guys for 4 or 5 years now, their business ethics are great. The way they answer the phone, the way they support any question I have. If I need to make an adjustment or add things in after it’s not a problem, they help make it happen quickly, the flexibility it offers the contractor to win jobs is outstanding. It’s so precise, even down to the number of rolls of cable etc, I see it as my builder contractor’s bible. Its crystal clear for the client and for myself, there’s no room for any mistakes. Compared to what I saw before I started working with them It’s an incredible format. I’d say honestly that I won a lot of my work just from the presentations they supply and the way they set it out for me. What I also really like is they make it so affordable, it allows me to tender for so many jobs. So, what was previously a risk no longer is, as the cost is affordable its removes it being a gamble. Now I win almost all of them and really have to credit ProQuant for their help

I’ve been working with Alex and Grant for 4 or 5 years now. They’re just really good at what they do, if you ask to push something through or need a favour, say I forgot to put something in then they’re always there to help, no problems. Really accommodating and friendly bunch, I have a great relationship and speak with them like mates now. Regarding the estimate itself, it’s brilliant, I couldn’t do what they do and its vital for me and my business.
